This online platform offers dealers the opportunity to participate in dynamic 15-minute live auctions.

The process for sellers to initiate an auction is straightforward: by scanning the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and capturing a few images, an auction can be set up promptly. A designated professional will arrange a convenient visit to inspect the vehicle. Upon completion of the inspection, the auction is promptly broadcasted to numerous potential bidders.

Buyers can assess the condition report and place their bids using live or proxy bidding methods. Auctions remain active for a brief 15-minute interval. The system is designed to prevent any last-minute bid sniping, ensuring a fair chance for all participants in each auction.

Upon the conclusion of an auction, sellers have the option to accept the highest bid or engage in negotiations by presenting a counter offer, initiating a live, real-time negotiation session with the potential buyer. Buyers can accept the counter offer or deliberate further, all accessible directly from their mobile devices.

All transactions, including payments and title transfers, are overseen by our administrative team. Buyers can conveniently make payments via electronic checks, while sellers receive prepaid FedEx® labels through email for title deliveries. Documentation such as bill of sales are also provided via email for record-keeping purposes.

Green Light Auctions operates on a free-to-use model for all registered users, eliminating monthly fees or binding contracts. The fees for buyers and sellers are notably lower compared to traditional physical auctions.
